Pelican in Flight

This gorgeous wall-mounted sculpture captures the fluid motion of a pelican in flight. The large surface area of the wings seems to change color before your eyes as you move around the sculpture. The beautiful coloration and texture are achieved by the masterful application of up to 6000 degrees of heat and special grinding techniques that Gary has developed over span of thirty years. Light reflects wonderfully off of the stainless steel, causing the color to change with changes in lighting or the viewer's perspective.
