Decorative Art for Home, Office and Garden
Accessorize with Table-top Metal ArtSome artists who produce metal wall decor also produce complementary sculptures for display on tables, credenzas, mantles and nooks. Quite often the themes are the same as is found in their wall hangings. Below is an example of Max Howard's "Wall Cattails" and a matching piece for table-top display entitled "Cattail Cluster". These sculptures work well together and can be displayed in a variety of ways. Accessorize with Free-standing Metal ArtFree-standing sculptures can further expand your decorating options. The image on the left is "Floor Iris" by Max Howard. It stands about 40" high and uses the same metals and color tones as his wall sculpture called "Iris Garden", shown on the left. Iris Garden is about 48" wide. An added advantage of free-standing decor is that it is very useful for decorating walls comprised of floor-to-ceiling glass and sliding glass doors. Simply place the sculpture on the floor in front of the glass for a terrific decorating touch.
