uneven with occasional bubbles, giving it the appearance of antique glass made before the industrial age. A simple, yet elegant pattern is introduced using dichroic glass that creates a metallic look that seems to change with the viewing angle. The table top is hand made of 3 to 4 layers of different colors of glass, a process that requires 2 - 4 days in the kiln. Dichroic glass was invented by NASA and uses titanium to achieve the metallic look. Each table top is signed and dated by the artist. The table frame is constructed of black lacquered steel that is easily assembled with four bolts (wrench included). The frame is designed with several horizontal supports, so that your favorite table-top treasures may be safely placed upon the table.
