"Round Tree" by Gary Caldwell

Also known as the "Sun Tree", this very unique sculpture features a tree cut inside a circular sheet of stainless steel.  The beautiful coloration is achieved by masterful application of heat.  Light reflects wonderfully off of the stainless steel, causing the color to change with changes in lighting or the viewer's perspective.   This sculpture is suitable for indoor or outdoor use.  If used outdoors, over time a reddish-brown patina will develop that further enhances the sculpture's beauty.  Each sculpture individually hand crafted, with no two being exactly alike.   Wall sculpture.
