About Max Howard's Fountains
| All fountains are pretested and will arrive ready to be filled with water and plugged into a 110 outlet. They are equipped with silent, recirculating pumps, with a valve for water flow control, preset during testing. All moving parts are fabricated with teflon bearings to eliminate squeaking noises and excess wear. Caution: Never allow the water level to go below the top of the pump. The pump will overheat and release oil into the water. Overheating may cause the pump to cease to function. In lightning-prone areas, we recommend using a surge protector to protect the pump motor from lightning-induced power spikes. |
