Gift Certificates

The individual receiving the gift certificate may apply the amount to a telephone or Internet order. The dollar amount you choose for the certificate is the amount printed on the certificate. No sales tax is applied to the purchase of the certificate.

The certificate will be mailed to you at your billing address unless you select the Checkout Option that allows a shipping address that is different than the billing address. If that option is selected, the certificate will be mailed directly to the shipping address. If you wish a message to be included with the certificate, type it into the comments section of the order during checkout.

If the amount you wish to give is not among the choices below, select $50 and then in the comments section of the order, indicate your preferred amount.
